CHICAGO — Surface Transportation Board Chairman Martin J. Oberman has joined the list of speakers scheduled to appear at the North American Rail Shippers Conference, beginning tomorrow, April 30, and running through May 2 in Chicago.
Oberman last week announced he would retire from the STB chairmanship on May 10 [see “STB’s Oberman sets May 10 date …,” Trains News Wire, April 26, 2024]. He will speak on May 1 at 1:30 p.m. Others scheduled to appear include BNSF CEO Katie Farmer, Union Pacific CEO Jim Vena, and Canadian National CEO Tracy Robinson.
