DENVER — The Regional Transportation District A-Line, which connects Denver International Airport to Denver Union Station, will operate at a reduced frequency for most of October, the RTD has announced.
Trains will run at 30-minute intervals between Oct. 3 and Oct. 29 to accommodate right-of-way repairs, departing Union Station on the hour and half-hour, and from the airport at 27 minutes and 57 minutes past the hour. Normally, the trains operate at 15-minute intervals from 4:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Denver Post reports the change is accommodate single-line operation while a grade crossing is repaired at Dalhia Street, where a rough crossing is blamed on soil settlement.
SEPTA’s Airport service runs every 30 minutes.
