I have had all these ideas of what I wanted in a layout and have never really been able to put those ideas into a design, until I saw this layout, it has everything in it that I was looking for and more

Very nicely designed and smooth curves, simply done, aesthetically pleasing.
Considering change of location ( Northern California). Think it will fit in well there, with a few name changes !! Thanks for the ideas
