  1. Enjoyed what was shown and shared in this episode. Its winter, work-on-your-layout season so all tips are appreciated.

  2. Why is it taking 10 Plus days to display the next video in this series? Adding videos seems to take far longer than it did, back when it was MR Video Plus!

  3. This layout reminds me of the MR project layout the “Salt Lake Route”. Similar in that it is a 2 sided N scale layout. I built that layout and was bored with it within one month of its completion. This “State Line Route” looks like it will have the same end result. I’ll pass on this layout. Sorry, not all comments can be positive.

  4. How in the world am I supposed to find episode 11 of this series? The old MRVP was much better organized than the new trains.com. It was organized by series. The new site doesn’t even have a search function.

    1. Harry, if you click on the MR tab, then the Videos & Photos tab, Episode 11 is four videos before this one.

    2. I agree finding videos can sometimes be frustrating and for me the search box has proven to be quite beneficial. Search for “State Line Route” and they all come up in reverse order.

This generally works, but occasionally a video series isn’t labeled consistently and they show up out of order, or some other video sneaks into the results.

I love this series, it is so straight forward, covers the basics with just the right amount of detail. Thanks!
