  1. i remember when John Allen’s Gorre & Daphetid was first published in MR. It was way ahead of its time and very exciting. Readers could then be inspired in their own model railroading efforts.

  2. Mr Allen, a model rr pioneer. He lived in the best of two world’s, The G&D and the Monterey Penninsula.
