Model Railroader 2026 Calendar
Don't miss Model Railroader’s all-new 2026 calendar, featuring Rod Stewart's spectacular layout!
in Part 2 Bay Junction was torn down in Part 3 Bay Junction gets rebuilt new tracks, new buildings, new DCC control system, and the foundation for the Turtle Creek Culvert are is placed on the layout. Bay Junction is starting to take shape.
watching the progress, has gave me some help on my layout.
how big is the layout?
I'd be interested in a " N " scale track plan for Bay Junction.
I anxiously wait for the mail to deliver a new magazine each month. Allan Wallace's layout in the January 2011 issue was particularly interesting in the fact that it contained so many totally scratch built old mining town structures. It was inspirational. If modeled in N scale, it just might fit our spare bedroom!
Very informative. I would think that the facia would go on last.
Time to buy another factory unit just for trains! Or I could take over reception? Now that's a thought.
Looks like things are coming along nicely? It's like a kid waiting for Santa Claus on Christmas morning… waiting to see the finished project, lol. Lookin' good fellas, thanks!
Sounds good boys, will be looking forward to the finished work in the pages of MRR in the near future. Remember.. YOU guys get us through these long winters!
Keep it up!
wow!
That Drill Press is a beauty.
And surely older than Cody!!
= Go Patriots >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
nice job on the video. Please remember that a lot of beginers need thr very very simple infirmation. some of us are just over whelmed with the smallest thing, like making an engine cross a track junction without stalling, or what sound decoder fits what engine, especally older units.thanks
As always great informative stuff. Keep it up guys.
The videos are very informative.
You get more done in a minute than I do in a day and I'm RETIRE!!!
One of these days my basement will be ready for trains!
Nice to see the work in progress. Keep those videos coming!
looks good guys have fun crt
Keep going! Very informative video.
Consider my comment irrelevant to the great work you fellows are doing but please have Jim who I consider a great guy from previous presentations wear safety goggles when doing his machine activities.
I look forward to seeing the progress, I would like to see more hands on tearing down and out and rebuilding, especially track removal! Great Video's keep i'm coming.
I like seeing improvements to a layout and am especially looking forward to the industries to be constructed. There's always some good ideas that will fit into other modeler's layout, and constructing buildings from the ground up or kitbashing are one of my favorite parts of a layout.
Tommy
Your videos are always very informative, keep up the good work.
Looks like things are coming along well.! Jim it looks like the drill press you are using is about as old as you are (and me) LOL. great video as usual.
Dave
Good information but some redundancy in narrative comments.
This project inspired me to do some remodeling on my own layout.
