Jeffrey,
I’m not sure that the size of a compressor matters as much as does it have the features you want. If you are looking at compressor with a storage tank, a bigger tank mean you can spray longer so that may be the biggest concern. I use a small Iwata SmartJet at home and it work fine for most of my work.
Cheers, Aaron
These videos are instructional, very organized and the editing is very professional. enjoyed the videos. Makes me want to do more airbrushing.
Badger Model Flex paints come pre mixed for airbrush use. I’ve found they work great and the bottles screw right into my syphon jar top for easy changing of colors.
Air Supply was one of my favorite vocal groups. 🙂 Anyhow, great advice. I have never seen a video on the effects of different air pressures. Thanks
Most useful video series to date! Keep ’em coming!
Excellent video, just started airbrushing myself for my O scale railroad.
Excellent series, just what I was looking for. Video instructions are very easy to follow. Thanks. Keep up the good work.
Excellent series, there are a lot of different compressors. What size would you recommend.

Was that a dangling participial just a minuscule one? Great series on airbrushing and painting. Looking forward to the rest of the episodes. Thank you.
Great series: wish I’d seen this years ago. (Enjoyed the Firefly reference, too!)
Love the Firefly reference, “Two by two, hands of blue”. Great series just when I need it, and in terms I can follow. Thank you.
Please continue. Looking forward to Aaron’s tips and techniques on airbrushing projects.
A very good series! Thanks for running these.
