I like it and cant wait to get the second run in the late paint job. The main bug with it is the ( over white/blue lights ) Those need to be toned way down . And will try another sound unit

The DCC control doesn't look very fine. It should controll more smoothly.

To get the sound to stay on after the train stops, change CV11 from 6 to 0
Nice model of the "Comet". I think Con-Cor should consider as a future project, modeling the FM OP800, as delivered to the SR. in 1939. Ahh, we can only hope.
Nice Layout. I would of liked to see more of the layout with the comet. The comet looks good from CON-CAR with the lights and sound sytem.

It doesn't *have* to be made in China – there are other places + nearly $500 isn't what I'd describe as cheap.
