Should these units be GP9L, one of the light weight units built for the grain branches. Note the small fuel tank. Some of these even had switcher type trucks. Several photos on my web site.

Nice looking and sounding units; but, boy is that box car they picked bright and shinny.
That Canadian National GP-9 is a great looking and performing locomotive. I like the locomotive’s green and gold color theme. Even not being a CN modeler, I may just need to purchase one and use as a “Locomotive on Loan” on my CM&N railroad, a Wisconsin based railroad.
They look great, really liked the Canadian boxcars on the head end as well.
