The pack contains six highly detailed Trinity coal Hoppers. The model is well made with good weight to the hopper car. Each car in the pack has a different car number. The BNSF herald and markings on the car are crisp and very finely printed.
The car features internal bracing, molded rivets, under-car bay-door details and a realistic aluminum paint finish. The model comes with metal wheels/plastic axles.
I tested a train with three packs, totaling 18 cars and was impressed by their performance. The cars roll well and look good, but I will make improvements by reaming out the axle pockets with a truck turner and possibly replacing the wheels with ones that have metal axles.
Overall I would recommend the model and I am considering purchasing more.
