Rapido Trains recently released its bi-level commuter coaches and cab cars in HO scale. The manufacturer sent samples of its coaches to the team at Model Railroader magazine. Join Senior Editor Cody Grivno as he takes a close-up look at the ready-to-run cars.

The coaches and cab cars both have constant interior lighting, and the cab car has controllable lighting. The lighting effects are compatible with direct current and Digital Command Control.
The bi-level commuter cars are priced at $99.99 (coach), $119.95 (cab car), $299.95 (coach three-pack), and $319.95 (three-car set [two coaches and one cab car]). Undecorated coaches and cab cars are available in three versions each.
