Milwaukee, Wis. – Wm. K. Walthers Inc. has announced the second annual National Model Railroad Build-Off. Winners will be judged on HO scale scenes built from Walthers kits in 2 x 2, 2 x 4, or 2 x 6-foot sizes, depending on the class. An open class uses a 2 x 4-foot base and can be any scale and use any materials the builder wishes.
