  1. I just got the first issue of my Christmas gift subscription from my wife and read the article . Fortunately I purchased the previous month and am very much enjoying the read. I am just getting back into the hobby at 64 years young. We just completed the build on a new 20×20 work shop for me and I was thinking early on I would like to build a wall/shelf unit that I could hinge and fold up into the wall along the perimeter of two of the walls and also hang cabinets above and below for storage.
This article has breathed new life into this idea and is perfect for this. I am a Lionel fan and not real fussy about prototypical exactness, don’t get me wrong I like detail just not a blue ribbon rivet counter (life is now to short).
After insulating and aiding A/C, I look forward to starting the build.
