HO scale Electro-Motive Division SD40-2 diesel locomotive. The HO scale model has prototype-specific details, wire grab irons, and light-emitting-diode lighting. Direct-current models with a 21-pin NEM connector are priced at $169.99. HO scale lightweight coach. Rapido Trains offers this model, part of its Super Continental Line, decorated for Erie-Lackawanna, Amtrak, British Columbia Ry., Canadian National, Canadian Pacific, Central of New Jersey, Delaware & Hudson, Grand Trunk Western, Long Island Rail Road, Missouri Pacific, and VIA Rail Canada. The HO scale lightweight coach features improved design and assembly to prevent warping, tighter connections between the body and roof, redesigned trucks, new couplers, track-powered interior lighting with capacitor controlled by Rapido Lighter, and a detailed interior and underbody. N scale 52-foot mill gondolas. Athearn offers these cars decorated for Herzog, Gondola Connection, Boston & Maine, CSX, SMBC Rail Services, and Trinity Industries Leasing. The N scale mill gondolas, offered in five road numbers per scheme (two single cars and one three-pack), have an injection-molded plastic body, die-cast metal underframe, screw-mounted roller-bearing trucks, metal wheelset, and body-mounted McHenry plastic couplers. N scale General Electric ES44AC diesel locomotive. Paint schemes on this modern six-axle road unit from Broadway Limited Imports include BNSF Ry. (25th anniversary), CSX (Atlantic Coast Line, Chesapeake & Ohio, and Chessie System heritage schemes), Florida East Coast (Grupo Mexico scheme), Iowa Interstate (30th anniversary “Rock Island” scheme), and Union Pacific (5,000th GEVO scheme). The N scale model, offered in one to two road numbers per scheme, has an ABS body, die-cast metal chassis, and factory-applied details. The ES44AC has a minimum operating radius of 9” and will run on code 55, 70, and 80 rail. Stealth series models (no sound) are priced at $199.99. Fairbanks-Morse Locomotives Volume 2. Inside this 86-page softcover book you’ll find six reproduction FM publications covering diesel locomotives built by the Beloit, Wisconsin-based manufacturer.
