  2. Why is this video marked PRIVATE? it was available to all subscribers when it first was published. Has anything changed or was the classification just a mistake? Thanks for looking into it.

  3. It’s been a couple of years, but I built a sector plate for a three-track staging yard on my HO layout that did not have enough space for a double-ended yard. A three-way turnout and a sector plate built from the information in this video, and I have a runaround for the power in this yard. After a few years, the sector plate is still in service and has been flawless. Thank you, David Popp!
