Hi David,
I’m wondering if there will ever be a project Railroad that is a shelf layout. Second I’m working on planning a 9×11 foot switching layout with no passenger service and at both ends there will be a wall, so how is a clever way to make it look like trains are coming and going?

I apologize if I missed a response to this question. For the past few months, the Kalmbach store email shows the Model Railroader binders, but when you try to purchase them at the store, a message says they are out of stock and discontinued! Can we get more blue MR binders? Since the bound volumes have been discontinued, it would be nice to have a library quality alternative for our individual MR magazine issues.

At the moment, we are unable to get more binders. Our current manufacturer has stopped producing them. We have left the item in the store for now as we are trying to find an alternative, but that is proving difficult. If we can come up with a new supplier, I’ll make sure we announce it so you’ll know. Perhaps you can find some on eBay for now?
