Ballots were counted on Thursday, Dec. 11, in both ratification votes, but details of the voting were not released.

The CPKC agreement follows terms of recent BLET agreements with other railroads: a five-year deal with raises totaling 18.8%, compounded, over the life of the contract. It also includes work-rule changes detailed here.

The tentative agreement was announced in November and covers approximately 300 union members.

The SEPTA agreement is for one year and includes a 5% pay raise effective July 5, 2025. Ballots were counted on Dec. 11, but details of the vote were not released.
