I noticed that you have let the wire on the cutter get loose/stretched. I found when the wire got loose it was harder to control the shape of the cut. I would tighten the wire. This gave me a more accurate cut & a longer life on the wire. If you slow down the speed of the cut you won’t have as much stretching in the wire.
For bridges, look at my web site NScaleTrainParts.com for end bents, end abutments, & intermediate bents & piers. Let me know what you need.
Very good. Enjoyed the casual format and your delivery.
I knew a guy that used small screws underneath the plywood to screw into the bottom of the Kato track. Unitrack has built in “holes” you can drill though for nails. He used fine tooth screws and did not have nail holes all the way through.
Johnson River? Has a ring to it. A Midwest twist.
MR Afterdark woohoo!
Great to see some of our British locomotives on your layout David.
Yes, to see some GW-British Rail is good for the soul!
I ran into this on Trains.com. I never saw a promo for this. I hope that you promote this so other modelers can participate. Thanks for all of the great things you do!
“The Quilt Line” sounds like a homogenous railroad to me David. Definitely sounds like a HOW-TO beginner’s book/Article set.
