
PUEBLO, Colo. — The Association of American Railroads and MxV Rail have opened registration for the 31st Annual AAR Research Review, a conference that brings together Class I and short line railroads, university faculty and students, early-career engineers, and suppliers from around the world to address the industry’s most pressing technical challenges.
The 2026 Annual AAR Research Review is slated for April 28-30 in Pueblo.
The Early Career Railroader Workshop will open the week with background presentations on a variety of topics and lessons from industry leaders.
Day two will feature technical workshops at the Pueblo Convention Center highlighting the latest insights from the industry’s Strategic Research Initiatives (SRI) program.
Day three will feature a walk along MxV Rails’ FAST Loop and new experiments in progress.
