Twilight Tour of River City on a C&NW layout

This small town on Gene Borman’s C&NW HO scale model railroad features Light Works USA neon animated signs. He used actual SFX’s from a prototype diesel to enhance the sound. A handheld Panasonic DMC-LX7 and a Mobius HD mini camera (street scene with bus) were used.
