  1. I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of layout videos over the last few months. Only the Gerry Leone and David Popp video on preparing to operate the n scale layout in a month and three since July 31- Gerry L, Kathy on scenery, and the one just mentioned.

To me building layouts from the beginning to end is what interests me most. Midday modeler, although fun and probably less expensive to produce, is light weight fare and not as content rich as lots of YouTube video channels.

The value proposition of trains.com and MR subscription (page count and content) has eroded significantly over the last 18 months.

  2. Is there any way to improve the sound on your show. i’m 81 years old and have a problem hearing the show. I hope you can I in joy watching it. thank you

  3. I find painting figures to be therapeutic. I save quite a bit of money by painting figures myself. I guess to each, his own!

  4. It would be great, if you can do it, is put the numbers of products that Cody was talking about, (the drill tap and bullseye kit) on the screen so you could pause the video and jot them down.

  5. When you’re glueing figures into your passenger cars it’s NOT a good idea to use CA adhesives. Nothing fogs the plastic windows of your car better than CA vapour and once they’re fogged there’s no way to undo the damage. Stick to the solvent or a non-CA contact adhesive and leave the car open for at least 5-6 hours before you put the body back on the underframe so that all the vapour has a chance to evaporate before you close up the space.
