Make a realistic lake for your model railroad

Much has been written about modeling rivers and lakes, and model railroad suppliers make a variety of products that deliver excellent results. In spite of this, many of us find it difficult to model water convincingly. But expert model builder Josef Brandl says that good results are within the reach of any modeler.
